If he doesn't have the time etc to make you one, I would either go to a shop and show what you want. Or if you're feeling creative, I would take the time and make one from some fiberglass. Its not too difficult to work with and you can make a basic (preliminary) mold by using cardboard or similar to get the shape you want (negative of shape). Basically, Using the front lip of the jspec fascia and reverse that. Use masking tape or whatever you choose so the fiberglass does not stick to mold. Lay the glass and resin, wax paper etc, layers, etc. Let set, remove from mold, sand, sand and sand. Of course, its alot more involved than that.. You can find tips all over the web. I have only done a few small things custom with it and not everything turned out like I wanted, mainly due to time put into it etc. I would recommend going to a shop and explain what you want. The escort fascia has somewhat of a lip on it. Insomniac's looks very nice because it is subtle, but noticeable.
