Message My first purchase: stainless steel engine bay bolt kit
-no problems, looks great

My second purchase: upgraded oil cooler
- two holes on the mounting plate were ever so slighty off, had to "oval" them to get it to mount properly
- 2 mounting tabs on the Earl's cooler itself were bent to shit, had to take a pair of pliers and bent them back and then flatten them out fairly easily once I coult get the bolts/nuts on them and torque them down to the mounting plate. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience, may have happened during shipping or they may have just sent it that way, who knows.

My third and fourth purchase: gauge sensor adaptors, dual POP couplers and reinforced silicon lines for vaccuum/coolant/oil/power steering
-dual POP couplers were fine
-the coolant line adaptor had no issues and is a really nice piece IMO, but the 3-way fuel line adapter had one mis-sized or mis-threaded plug in it which I did not catch because I am a noob, when I started the car up it sprayed fuel like a garden hose off the top of the fender EVERYWHERE with my wife standing maybe arm's length away. Luckily nothing ignited it as the pressure could not be stopped for what felt like an eternity after I pulled the key and frantically tried to get to the relay still uncovered in the kick panel.
-the reinforced silicon lines...the vacuum and coolant lines do the job and are nice as well, but apparently through no fault of their own, the oil and power steering lines had "a mis-manufactured batch" which found their way onto my engine and despite convincing reassurances posted here that they would not leak or sweat, mine were sweating like crazy within 60 days or so. This really peeved me, because of the circumstances and timing surrounding when and how I could work on my Z again to replace the damn things.

To their credit, they were not confrontational about it, Bryan was pretty helpful and expeditious about sending me OEM replacements (I paid difference in price, naturally) once I provided pics of the sweating lines sweating, and yes they do email you to follow up on purchases if you care about that sort of thing, more a helpful tool for them.

So there's my experience for what it is worth. I have had no such issues, none, with Powertrix, Courtesy Nissan, SPL parts, SpecialtyZ, Import Parts Pro, and Ztuner. I'm sure there are others but those have been my experience. I have gotten great service over the years from CZP, although you can find here that CZP has recently been involved in some shadiness regarding counterfeit fuel rails and dangerously designed fuel hardlines.

"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of "liberalism", they will adopt every principle of our socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without ever knowing how it happened.... I no longer need to run on the Socialist Party ticket because the Democrat Party has now adopted our platform."
