Automatics are so much easier to launch. : I looked in your profile and you're modded pretty well resulting in alot of added weight to the car. I'll be rolling to the track in race trim. My total racing weight w/ me in the car is 3570 lbs at stage III+. But my 60's suck. So if you can hole shot me and you maintain at least 15 lbs boost and you don't miss a shift, you'll get me. But you let your guard down one bit, you'll be looking at my Greddy SP's. :-) Just playing w/ ya here, bro. But bottom line, you're a stick capable of cutting a great 60'. We're gonna be almost equal in power. But I may have a small weight advantage on you. Guess we'll have to line up together to find out, huh? : My comments:
: I think Arnel will actually get the hole shot on me. My previous best time dragging was a 14.1 @ 104.1 with an intake only. I think I'm only running 13psi also. I will finally install my boost gauge this weekend. At my current set up, I dynoed at 306rwhp and 342 lb.ft. torque to the rear wheels. I may need to find some smaller boost jets!!! One thing that is very strange with my Z compared to others is that it will NOT break traction at the top end of 1st gear or shifting into 2nd. I really have to make an effort to break the tires loose in 1st also. : -Tony
