the blatant disregard for property rights, or the fact that these people have no sense of property rights and are willing spectators, in almost a festive fashion, to this over-reaching bullshit. Stolen parts is no excuse, if they bought the stolen gear from a business and have the documentation then the business should be held responsible. Even if they did steal a transmission, it does not warrant some city or state taking your car and destroying it with no compensation. Of course this is California, so what did I expect?
