I work a pt maintenance job for a section 8 apt complex in Bmore. All have cell phones with the f**king internet on it, some have nice flat panel tvs, xbox and ps3, computers, 1/2 are drunk at 3pm (maybe ealier, but that is when I usually go in), most are doing nothing but teaching their kids how to abuse the system. I have several cases where the grandmother, mother, father and a few kids are all in one apt. The apt. is in the gma's name, in which, she has been there for 20+ years...funny how no one in the house works in most of these situations I see. It burns me up, but it is job security *shrug*
