I part out cars, & I take out that kind of glass regularly. I usually use an air knife from Astro Pneumatic Tool Company, model: WINDK. It works great. I ordered it from Amazon.com. It was less than $100, as I recall. Otherwise, if you want to do it cheap, you can get auto glass cut out wire at auto parts stores too. The roll of it I have here, is called "Tightwire", (model TW72). It's 3 wires, braided together & it's made be a company called Equalizer Auto Glass Tools (you can order their catalog at Equalizer.com). The stuff cuts pretty good, but it's usually a 2 man job. One inside, & one outside. You'll need a couple of hand held vise grips , to hold onto the wire when you're cutting.
