Get a roll of thin metal line like you would see/use for the back of a picture frame, or maybe some chicken wire. Don't cut the line of the roll so you can use the roll as handle, find something that you can get a good grab on to use as the handle for the other side. Now with the door and hatch open, place the wire at the top most corner of the 1/4 window, behind the glass, and slide the wire back and forth while pulling down towards the ground and following the contour of the car. That should seperate the window from the glue, good luck hope it helps out.
