Message	receive the item you can leave it later. I have seen some items that people have left feedback for 3-4 months after they have bought it (and I have done the same). I am not sure if there is a time limit though, there may be a cap, and if you haven't left feedback by that time, then your out of luck... I personally don't buy any major components off of ebay, just stuff for looks.
