Message	I havent bought anything off eBay in a very long time, so correct me if I am wrong but you can't just log in and leave some vendor a negative feedback 9 months later, on a part that seizes up or craps out on you. eBay expects, and hounds you, to submit your feedback before you've even had a chance to get anything installed, ebay is more concerned about quality of the transaction, not necessarily the quality of the product....big BIG difference.
