This picture shows which terminals to use for the voltage to operate the motor in the lower part of the seat which moves the seat forward and back. Not sure about the back of the seat because I used my original seat back.
 I ran a cable to provide plus and minus 12vdc. The connectors I used are 14-16 AWG female disconnects by Gardner Bender which I bought at Home Depot. They fit perfectly onto the seat connector pins.
