Message	: found a parking spot where you could park at 10PM onward. i pulled up, looked at my watch and it was 10PM so i headed across the street. i'm waiting for my friend when a traffic cop pulls up next to my car and starts writing me a ticket! i immediately run across the street and here's how it goes: : me: sir, i thought you can park here at 10PM. : cop: its not 10PM. : me: what time do you have? : cop: 9:57PM. : me: : cop: sorry. you can take it to court. : here i'm so pissed. : me: you guys enjoy doing this to people? : cop: nope, but its part of the job. : me: are you short your quota or something? : cop: yep. we have to get 50-60 per night. : me: how do you give a guy a ticket for a diff. of 3 minutes? : cop: we can give you a ticket if it says 9:59. : then he goes on to say how he can't do anything about it since he started filling out the ticket. the whole time this guy has a smirk on his freakin face. the worst part was that there were two of them in the car i was fighting. : i used to give the benefit of the doubt to these guys but i really think this is ridiculous. i'm definitely fighting it but its such a big waste of time on my part for a $25 ticket. i mean, how in the world is EVERYONE'S watch be EXACTLY the same to the minute?! it was 3 freakin' minutes. But did the officer see what time you pulled up? If he didn't, for all he knew you could have been there for an hour!
