Message	Is a complete idiot and would bother pricing a SINGLE IC. Unless "it was $160 for 1" refers to one person purchasing, not 13, which doesn't make sense so I'd go with the first option. And I would have read the entire thread, if I had a need for some knockoff SMIC's.
