Message	aluminum, and 3.5 inch min height or less. Also, the ones that slope up at the end like the Torin 3-Ton low profile aren't good enough for the Z, because on a lowered Z it won't reach the frame rail or ross member when jacking up the front. Something that has a flat arm all the way to the handle would be ideal. I've seen these in all steel, but would prefer it to be aluminum (i lug the jack everywhere to help other Z guys).
