Well turned out to be the dual port actuators. From what Jim Wolf told Greg they SUCK! Turns out they have a silicone piece on the top can (the dual part of the DP actualtor oif you will) that go bad. Usually they last about a year....but not for me. NOPE for me they go bad on the dyno. Anyway....its hooked up single port and working just fine. We have the AVC-r learned and set up perfectly making 24.6 PSI....and even in the heat it was fast as hell!!!! So tomorrow should yeild better numbers. We even bumped the timing up a bit....Im hoping to make even more power at 17 PSI than I did yesterday. So for those that care.....heres the 14 PSI chart....total baseline....I think the green run was the start of our tuning runs. These are a little hard to see but you get the point. So at 14.5 PSI I made a baseline of 415 RWHP and 400.3 RW torque.

 And these runs were at 17 PSI or so....not bad! Notice the power increase @6,000 rpms.....interesting huh? COuld be all the little porting work Greg did to the intake tract...not sure. Gonna hunt me up some other dyno runs and see!
 And a clearer one of the 14 PSI runs again!
