Subject	zzt sound when key to ON

Message	I get a weird zzt sound that comes from the rear of the car when I turn my key from off, to ON (not acc). It's been doing it for 3 years since i've owned the car...don't think it's anything bad, maybe something powering up or on...but have no clue what it is? is it just my car? anyone know?
