Message	experiences, as there wasn't a lot about the gt28r, to help me decide on the turbo. I went with the Garrett GT2560R-466541-4, which has the Ni-Resist" turbine outlet with cast divider and inconel turbine wheel vs. the GT2560R-466541-1. I am super happy with the turbo's, especially for a daily driven(minus hot and wet weather, so basically cold and dry days) street application.
