| issue...the news never mentioned if the car models were automatic or stickshift. I imaged that if the car is a stickshift, if the gas pedal is stuck or with electric throttle or ECU malfunction, you can put the transmission into neutral , that should cut the power going to the drive wheels and allow the driver coast to safety....but if it is an automatic trans car...you show still able to put the trans into neutral....could most of the issue come down to drivers not knowing what to do in this situation?
