Message Below is the last e-mail and response to Nengun's Customer Service department for a simple order requesting a Dency Wheel lock cap removal tool (magnetic). I'm not saying you shouldn't purchase from them, simply be aware that customer service doesn't appear to be one of their strong points.

My reply to Nengun's pissy response:

None of the Pay Pal funds clearance information was mentioned until now. You never mentioned this in any correspondence until the most recent. I have sent Pay Pal funds in excess of $ 5,000.00 and never heard of any access to funds delays. You also could have requested the product information from me when the order was first placed instead of waiting and had the information in the manufacturer's hands to be released when Pay Pal cleared. I certainly understand the manufacturer's suspicion that I could be trying to steal the wheels, since if they were already stolen I wouldn't need the magnetic key anyway. That's why I have the original packaging and the lock socket to prove it.

Understand the meaning of the word "blackmail". Webster's dictionary defines it as "Extortion of money or something else of value from a person by the threat of exposing a criminal act or discreditable information". I have not attempted to obtain any money from you nor expose discreditable information, I am simply going to provide an account of my experience, which is that it is apparent that since this was not a sizeable order with your company it was not given the attention it deserved. And as per your words, I am not trying to "get my own way". I had simply asked that this get the attention it should have received in the first place, which you know it did not.

On April 8 th you stated you would "have the part sent next week". Again on April 8 th you stated the part "leave our warehouse next week and you should see the part four days later." Scroll down to your earlier e-mail if you want to read. How could you project the part leaving your warehouse next week if you just asked me for the information the supplier required today? Now does this sound like "At Nengun we don't consider you a customer, but a family member"? Some family treatment.

Nengun's Reply to my last request to express ship the needed part:

Then that makes two of us. Pay Pal although is instant via e mail takes 5 working days to reach our bank account. Even Pay Pal inform us not to send anything to someone who is urging us to send something immediately. This is the first unit we have sold. We only sell the whole sets of nuts so we had to go through different avenues to purchase the part. Think about it, the wheels could be stolen for all the maker knows. I simply rang the other day to get a detailed check on when the part would arrive and they said they would send it when they received the serial code. Since you Now are making threats to tarnish our name on some kind of forums we shall not bow down to this type of black mail behavior simply because you couldn`t get your own way.

I have refunded your money in full. Best of luck trying to get the part from someone else.
