Now that you confirmed your actual boost levels with an external gauge, I agree with Woody's analysis.In my case, I took the car for a hard drive to bed in my new rear brakes and then I noticed oil on the ground the next day under the driver side turbo. When I started to take a closer look I started finding oil all over in places that it should not be - on the block, in the heat shields, under the plenum, inside the compressor housing, etc.
