Subject	Are these exhaust flanges positioned correctly?

Message	I just received a new H-pipe, but upon inspecting it, the rear flanges are not oriented symmetrically (in the first pic the left one is more horizontal relative to the one on the right). Is this correct, or is it a defect? Unless the flanges on the exhaust pipes are turned the same way, seems like this will surely cause major problems? Thanks for your input
