Message	Huh! The average person has no idea what the relationship is between the wheel width and whether or not it's a downgrade or upgrade. Just look at the 20+ inch wheels out there with the cars looking like Kangaroos. Forget about offset - most people out there don't even know the significance of the OEM overall diameter, period. Even I still think that my 18's on OEM suspension (with very near OEM overall diameter) still needs to be lowered to get the right look!
