Message In the case of the clips you ordered we must put the order into our shipping department. They in turn pick the parts you receive, package them, and send them out. Anything that goes through our shipping department must have a minimum charge due to the amount of hands that get put on the order.

If you received an incorrect item there is also a person that deals with those issues, his name is Joel and his email address is joel@300zx.com and phone number is 770-838-7777 x313. He will be happy to resolve any mispulled parts situations as well as update anyone on their order's status.

If you have contacted us since receiving your order and have had no support or resolution to the incorrect item please let me know as I will have this taken care of immediately.

We do not wish to lose any customers over a harness clip or any issue for that matter and will be glad to work with anyone if there has been a mistake by Z1.

As always if there is anything i can do for any Z owner out there I look forward to hearing from you.
