Shipping and handling cover more than just postage so you can't be too surprised when there's a minimum charge for it, which that essentially is. You're taking a shops time to find the part, box it, get a tracking number, etc so just because the part costs next to nothing, it doesn't negate their time. As for the wrong part, call them to correct it. IF they send you the right one on their dime, that's the right way to handle it. fwiw, there are vendors out there with better track records than Z1/CZP.
