Message	i believe that is because when you have the ECU tuned, you want both filters to let the same amount of air through(same amount of air restriction) the only way that the intake may not fit is if you are doing a FMIC that blocks it (i think) and then you have to have that special intake that flips the filters up, if you dont know what i am talking about i can put a pic of it
