We can't tell if you're from another country and so not a native speaker. We can't hear your tone of voice, or see your facial expressions. All we see is what you type. Therefore, what you type gives us an immediate first impression. We're human; we can't help forming a first impression. The impression you give us, by typing in all caps, spelling poorly and using poor grammar, is that either you're really young - too young to have learned better - or you just don't care.
