The spray can stuff for truck beds and general noise insulation. Dynamat is basically tar on tinfoil, but with a Car Stereo upcharge. The rubberized stuff in a can will do the same thing for much, much cheaper. It might not be as thick as the thickest Dynamat or other application-specific stuff, but you could put several layers on for significantly cheaper. On my old Accord I did the front doors, trunk, and trunk lid, and it made quite a difference in how my stereo sounded.
