Replaceing the plugs themselves is easy and cheap. It's removing stuff to get to them, that is what you are paying for. Dropping the tranny, exhaust, etc for the rear. Taking apart the front timing belt area (radiator, covers, belts, etc) for the front one. And kinda need to remove the engine and what ever is bolted to the block on the side that is in the way to get to the side ones. Also best to have the block drained so the area is dry when putting new plugs in so you can use some sealer around them as well.
