Unless you're a high risk taking, masochistic, flush with cash, experienced car restorer, who likes a challenge for its own sake, run don't walk away from this heap. IMHO, be patient and keep looking. For all the money you'll spend on this one, you will be able to buy a far better car: one that won't need fixing just to get running, or with the sizable risk of hidden problems (implied by your current prospect's shoddy condition and mileage).
