Message If your total flow is 526 ft³/Min in a TT set up, divide by 2 and your flow per charge pipe is 263 ft³/Min. In that case, 263ft³/Min ­­divided by 0.017ft² (for 1.75" diameter piping) = 257 ft/sec. In that case, 1.75" piping would be ideal.

Therefore, if your turbos are flowing 526ft³/min each, and 200 - 300 ft/sec velocity is desirable, then 2.5" is optimal.

The picture he posted is from Garrett's site, not specific to our cars. That flow rate given is an example of how the calculation works. You take the flow rate for your particular turbos (from the compressor map) and input it into that formula.
