.... 55,000 miles on it, but my water pump was leaking and I had been planning on replacing the belt since the original owner never replaced it. The belt looked to be in good shape with no signs of dryrot, or cracking but it was 14 years old. I am sure that everyone will say that the timing belt should be replaced with age even if the mileage is not reached. The expense of replacing it beats the expense if it should break.
