I was always impressed when a faster car would come from behind, the slower car would move over and let the faster car pass (only to move back again to my utter befuddlement). Out here, when going through Laguna Canyon I regularly encounter left lane squatters doing 50 ~ 55 mph (in a 65 mph zone) - and half the time they're lined up with another car in the right lane creating a traffic block. I'm not trying to speed but when it's broad daylight and perfectly dry I would appreciate being able to do the speed limit. Dave
