Message	nitrous, ecu, bigger injectors, slicks, clutch, dual intake, and some kind of tuning tool such as nistune or an apexi afc. All of which will get you low 11's. if you remove weight from the car high 10's. I would say bigger turbos but it will get pretty expensive and you will have to pull the motor which will involve you doing a lot more then just swapping turbos out.
