Message	/or witnesses, every step. Try to get the car. Try to get a lawman to go with you, even if they say they can't force him to give you the car. Don't give him money to collect the car. Write him that you have satisfied your end and want the car back. Get a lawyer that is sure you will win to contribute some time. Sue him, include all legal fees.
