they told me the same thing that the lawyers did. the only thing that i can do legally without taking it to court is to go get the car....but he has to give the car to me voluntarily....as in i can't just go and take it. if i do this then he can put a mechanics lean on it after very extensive and expensive court costs. also if i go ask for the car back and he says no then i can take him to court/civil but again cost tons of money....from what i've been told so far it will probably come out to more than it would have cost to just pay the total amount. so that's why i'm wondering if anyone knows of any other methods.
