Message change anything, I have installed injectors about 4 times, twice for my friends, once I changed my own (the first time when I upgraded to 555cc's) and this time. I didn't subject them to anything, I just put new o-rings on them, put them in my fuel rail, then connected the plugs to them at the end. Even now they seem to ohm at 11.4 - 13 ohms sometimes (depending on engine temperature), and other times they ohm infinitely (open circuit). So even if I had tested them at first, they may have tested ok. The fact of the matter is, they only worked 20 minutes when installed properly. If you pay for something, new or used, you expect it to work more than 20 minutes. I seriously doubt that if I buy these from Nissan, that they'll only work for 20 minutes then fail again, so there must have been something wrong with them from before. If I subjected them to anything during installation, they wouldn't have worked period, so just installing them is not subjecting them to anything, and you can't really burn injectors with static electricity like you can with electronics, so I don't see why they shouldn't work longer work whether they would have ohm-tested right or not at first. I had no reason to test them if the seller claimed they worked when pulled and clicked and ohm'ed ok, if they didn't, then he was selling them when he shouldn't have been, so he was lying anyway. One way or another, I didn't do anything wrong with these injectors, regardless of what the seller says. I even emptied my tank and got ethanol-free gas, despite the chance that running my fuel pump dry could damage it, so I did everything to do the injector install correctly. Whether they ohm'ed ok or not at first, they only worked for 20 minutes, that's my point. Something was already wrong with them, whether I knew about it or not. So selling them as "fully functional" does not take the responsibility away from the seller from selling a part that is supposed to be functional for a longer period of time, not just for a few minutes.
