Message	McMansions around there are a whole lot newer than that. People move next to a racetrack and then bitch about noise. It happens everywhere, we had our speedway shut down in the '80's partly due to noise complaints from new neighborhoods that sprung up around it. Laguna is set high up in the hills in a beautiful natural ampitheatre setting, it's not like it's downtown next to the aquarium or anything. If you move in that area, you're going to hear track noise from one of the busiest raceways in the US, 92 dB limit or not.
