Message	What are you talking about?!? Buying stolen goods is ILLEGAL. Re-selling them is MORE illegal. You had no good intent - in fact, you said if you didn't hear from the owner in 7 days, you were stripping it. What the hell? The only "good" thing you could have done would have been to try to stall the guys while you "get some money together" then called the cops or arranged SOME way to keep an eye on the car. That would have been a totally cool gesture on your part and worth some reward $$. Instead what you did was illegal, even more of a scam trying to resell it back to the original owner, and frankly I can't believe a word of the story. If I was really convinced you really did have some guy's Z, I *would* call the cops. Tell ya what, let's say I steal YOUR car. Now I'll post on twinturbo.net a story about how "some guy sold me your car for $1000, you want it back?" The way I read it, I just sold you your own car for a grand. Nice.
