Subject	recomend a good torque wrench?

Message	I'd like something 3/8 drive that is pretty accurate at low torque lvls like 7-20 ft/lbs, or maybe even in inch/lbs. I'd also like a larger wrench for 20-200 ft/lbs but still in 3/8 if that's possible. Any recommendations? does anything stand out as a bargain for it's level of quality?
