I retracted my refund request because I was told by Matt that the rails would be shipping the next Friday and that I would receive updates. I heard nothing until the next Friday being told that they were shipping on Saturday. I then emailed and asked for a tracking number 3 times over 4 days and then on the 4th day get an email saying oh sorry, we still don't have them yet. Why was I told on Friday they were shipping on Saturday if you didn't even have them yet?? ?That last update I received from you Kip was on 1-8-10 and that was because I emailed you on the 6th. This is not keeping your customers updated. I mean is it that hard to send out 1 email a week letting us know of progress??? L8r, Kevin
