Message	the State Highway patrol (along with all paperwork and receipts for parts and work) You then send the title and all paperwork off to wherever (Its Jefferson City here in Missouri) and they issue you an original title that says "prior salvage" on the right side of the title. Well at least that is how it works here in Missouri. I have done it several times...Pain in the ass!
