Message I'm the guy who posted the thread on 3ZC about certain suspension parts. This thread: [ http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2339750/AMS-Quality.html ]

I think this is my first post on TTdotnet, & I thought I would clear some things up and let you guys know what kind of a person Jschinchan is. Mainly because I am sick of people like him, and I also have nothing better to do :) First of all, my car was driven at least 3 times a week, and I don't know what difference it would make if it did sit there or not. The veins in the brakes were rusted because they're iron. Whoever mentioned that needs to take a chemistry class.

This is going to be a long ass post, probably the longest post ever, so go make some coffee.

In the second sentence of the original post, I said the parts were on the car for 5 months. Then on post 7, Jschinchan asked how long they've been on the car. Then on post 36, Jschinchan accused me of being a liar because I didn't show the AMS logo in the pictures, implying that... well I don't even know what he was implying. He has the IQ of a parrot.

Then AMS private messaged me asking for pictures of the logos on the parts, invoices for parts, and an alignment receipt and spec sheet. I told them I'm not even looking for compensation! I didn't even have the alignment receipt because I don't save every little receipt in my life, and I didn't have a spec sheet either because I watched the thing get done and confirmed with my eyes it was all in spec with -0.5deg camber in rear and -1.5deg in front.

I did send him the invoice though, in case he wanted to send me some cash, and I told him my car just got fucking totaled by a F-150, and the car's gonna get hauled off by the insurance company soon. So, what good would replacement parts do me? Then he told me to send him the parts, 'to see if they fall under warranty', and then he basically said that since I was in an accident, the damage likely would not be warrantied, and then said that no company refunds cash. So why the fuck would I send them shit?! I was never even thinking about compensation in the first place.

Then the thread got locked on 3ZC and I didn't even give a shit. Then in my other thread purely about my beloved car getting destroyed by an idiot in a truck, Jschinchan comes in the thread and posts a bunch of crazy shit that literally had me shaking with rage as I read through it.

He starts off talking about this picture in my thread: [ http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k160/NE14A69-/P1030663.jpg ]

In the AMS quality thread, I said failed tie rods caused tire wear on front inside tires. Here is what he starts off saying about that statement and that picture (where the insides of the front tires are not even visible), and then the rest:

"Wow, if I didn't know better those new wheels look like they are still looking like brand new wheels (tires) with only 2 months use as mentioned in your other thread.

I tried very very hard blowing those pics up to pick out the excessive wear on those new tires.
Quote:
the tie rod ends are cracked and have completely failed causing my brand new tires to wear on the inside and the car to shake.
But I don't see any.

I'm painting a picture from the evolving posts by the OP that indicate an extreme desire to make someone pay for this accident. Which now seems evident in the nature and content of the follow-up subsequent thread relating to this - [ http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=169493 ]
It now appears evident that the OP continued this $$$ recovery mindset in his subsequent thread. However when the probing, fact finding questions were posed, the OP didn't maintain the same enthusiasm to respond.
Although it's mentioned in this thread and his subsequent thread about recouping $$$ and towards those ends, he was undecided as to whether to remove all of his after market suspension parts and sell them. What wasn't mentioned ( probably intentially) was that the OP has no time to do that suspension part removal anyway as the car is being towed away too soon.
The end result of the premature closure of this OP's subsequent thread has probably left a general feeling of uncertainty and mistrust in one of the Forum sponsors. I'm sure the Mod who decided to close that thread prematurely is also intuned well enough to percieve the same sort of shadow that has been cast on one of the Forum sponsors.
What the rest of the Forum doesn't know is that suspension parts were not installed by a professional.
The suspension install was not followed up by a complete alignment.
That the install of the FUCA's was not 100% correct which is why the OP probably had to use some sort of lubricant to get the solid bushing of the FUCA's bulkhead mount to fit.
Which is more than likely why people who saw this pic;

*picture of leaking control arms*: [ http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k160/NE14A69-/P1030674.jpg ]

got the immediate impression that the FUCA's had leaked. What is more plausable is that in light of the characteristic lack of personal maintenance to his car, the fluid residue is not that of a leaky FUCA but the remnats of install fluid since the car was only driven 2 months after suspension components were installed.
The OP has not have the requisite supporting documentation to forward to the suspension maker/vendor to back up his claims however the intentional lack of disclosure of this was not revealed due to premature closure of the follow-up thread.
I believe that there's a bigger picture to what's happening here. A member who's trying to get every nickel and dime he can in order to acquire that newly desired TT. This desire appears to have evolved to a point to try to acquire some sort of compenation for the allegedly failed suspension parts. However, when the OP was asked to produce the requisite substantiation, none were going to be forwarded.
What's more plausible here probably more truer to the fact is that the OP got a bunch of new suspension parts and installed them himself, which is a laudable thing. However, the apparent improper install of the FUCA may have caused driving handling problems. Lets continue on the same vane and say that the Tie Rod Kit was also improperly imstalled since it looks like the top nut was torqued down to far as there's a substantial space between the cotter pin and top of the nut.

*pic of failed tie rods and rust*: [ http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k160/NE14A69-/P1030673.jpg ]

So we have an improperly installed FUCA's tie rod end kit and no follow up alignment. What does all of this add up to? One very very poorly drivable Z with extremely bad handling characteristics. Perhaps that's why the OP only drove the Z for 2 out of the last 5 months. To have the outer tie rod end to fail within 2 months of install can only be attributed to owner's miss-install procedures. In comparison to other members testations on similar suspension parts that have acquired multiple years of use and thousands of miles of safe driving miles. To have one member who has encountered multiple failures on multiple suspension parts all at the same time and all in a very very short period of time all of which are from the same vendor is completely inconsistant which other memebers testations on similar suspension parts. Do we see a pattern here? Do we scratch our head and say, "the OP has to be one extremely unlucky SOB" or do we look at the obvious placed in front of us and conclude with something different?

As mentioned earlier, since that $$$ recoup for alleged suspension parts failure has failed, it has nonetheless left a shadow cast over one of this Forum's sponsors. I believe this is not a healthy set of circumstances for this Forum. Mods can confirm the accuracy of the AM info through that Forum sponsor."

So then... I said:

"jschrauwen, you have NO FUCKING IDEA what you are talking about, ever. you post novels in every single thread.

never be a lawyer. can you prove i 'used lubricant' on the FUCA install? no you can't, but that doesn't matter cuz i didn't; i just used a 20lb sledge hammer to install them, cuz they were hard to get in. (is that what you are trying to get me to say?)

you just state i installed everything wrong like it is a fact? go fist yourself. and you can't even see the insides of my front tires in that picture! your double digit IQ couldn't figure that out? first you accuse me of faking the pictures because you can't see the AMS logo? i noticed it all when switching wheels. wasn't planning on making an AMS photoshoot and getting their logo in the shot. i'm sure you have enough posters up in your shrine to be able to spot an AMS product from a mile away. and no, i can't prove to Vuk what the alignment specs were because i don't save every little receipt in my life, especially when its under $100. they didn't even give me a spec sheet, but i watched it all get done and it was all in spec. maybe if you didn't hang around liars your whole life, you wouldn't have turned into one, and you wouldn't be so quick to assume shit.

i even told Vuk i'm not looking to use the warranty, because i won't have a Z anymore unless a miracle happens. and i said i'm only gonna send them to him if he sends me cash basically, because in his nice little email he pretty much told me that since my car was in an accident, he won't consider what i had them on for as 'normal wear', and to send them to him anyways. so basically he said "yea send us the parts and we'll tell you what you already know, then we won't give you new ones, or money, because these were on your car when you crashed. that's not normal wear."

I also sent him the invoice for all the Z1 purchases of AMS parts. so you lied when you said, "The OP has not have the requisite supporting documentation to forward to the suspension maker/vendor to back up his claims however the intentional lack of disclosure of this was not revealed due to premature closure of the follow-up thread."

and by the way, you can be nearly impossible to understand. take a couple english classes at the community college, i think it's free for people your age."

Then he goes on another rampage, only picking the parts of my post that don't totally destroy everything he hypothesized, not acknowledging a fraction of what I even said.:

Me: what 'critical info'? and what exactly is the "requisite documentation"?
Him: Alignment done, Installed by who would be a good start.
Me: why would this matter? i installed them, most people know that, and it's not rocket science. and why would you care who aligned it? what does that have to due with the rust on every crucial place on these parts, or the leaking control arms?

Me: what specifics have i excluded?
Him: See above and similar info.

Me: the steering wheel shaking wouldn't cause an accident.
Him: Really??? You know this how? You feel it's safe to drive a car with shakey steering features during winter after new suspension components were recently installed? For Pete sake, that's a recipe for an accident waiting to happen. If I had just installed new parts and within 60 days I've got severe driving problems you don't think that there's a few things that I will immediately come to mind - Like, did I screw up on the install? Did I do something wrong?
Why would you want to continue driving when there's a known steering problem? It's only recently you make mention that it was professionally aligned. Why didn't you immediately go back to that shop and get them to inspect? This is the "similar info" I mentioned above.

Me: where did i ever say it was lube? the FUCAs are leaking like crazy. i wouldn't be surprised if they were bone dry inside.
Him: Why weren't those exact words used in your other thread then? Are you 100% sure that the FUCA's were installed correctly? Were you not told that they weren't? For shits and giggles, lets say that you did install them incorrectly. No worries, the professional alignment guy who know's his craft shuld be able to spot this and advise and correct - right? But his can't be. Why. Because I believe that perhaps your pic illustrates an incorrect install. How did that get past your alignment guy? Are you that unlucky in that many ways? Was there truely a professional alignment done? Do you not find it extremely strange/rare and completely inconsistant with other Forum members with exact same parts that have zero similar issues after more than 5 times the mileage and usage?
Me: when did i ever say they weren't installed correctly? why would anyone tell me they were not installed correctly? how did you come to the conclusion that they weren't installed correctly. when did i ever say i used lube to get them in? and can't you see the fucking grease coming out of every seam? put some glasses on grandpa.

Me: disclosure of what? you're the one that totally missed it when i said in the original post that i had them for 5 months, then on the first page you asked how long they've been on.
Him: Appologies, yes I did miss that. It took a bit of back and forth posts by other to clearly determine that the suspension parts were on the Z for 5 months. Of those 5 months, the Z was only driven for the first 2 months and sat for the remainder 3 months. During those first 2 months, the Z saw only 3000 miles. That amount of failures to occur in such an extremely short span of time with an extremely low amount of mileage is is just a little too much to swallow. So much so that it is completely inconsistant with any new suspension part install no matter what brand or make it is. There had to be other factors in play here, right?
Me: where the hell are you getting this stuff? are you just making it all up as you go along?

another couple posts go back and forth but they got deleted by the Admin. before i could save them to word document.

THEN like three days later he fucking sends me a private message:

"Pete, I saw glaring gaps in what was said and asked questions that were evaded or not answered. You purposely mislead people in numerous ways about the reasons for the rust by not telling the people the truth that you have driven/drive on salted roads. You purposely pointed fingers at AMS for bad quality parts when in fact you just said that the reasons for failure were probably due to improper install. Again, misleading and withholding the truth. When AMS offered to make the situation right you again did not give the complete and accurate picture of what AMS asked from you as part of their warranty process. Because you got caught in obvious deceipt you got very angry and lashed out just like this pm that's titled "retard" knowing that that is a very critically meaning word to me. When I asked questions about the source of rust I got sidedstepped. When I asked questions about an alignment I got sidestepped. What your thread did or might have been intended to do was shift blame or responsibility (I'm not sure which or even why) to others except yourself for the tie rod failure, FUCA failure and worn tire and rust. All of those things are directly related to your shortcomings as in a poor install by you (which you didn't reveal initially - again withholding vital info), drving on salted roads and not following proper protocols on alignment requisites following suspension parts install. Instead, you have the Forum believing that the majority of your problems are AMS's fault. I saw this, called you on it and in return you've been extremely nasty about the whole thing.
It's a shame you had to resort to this sort of behaviour.
Regards,
John"

At this point I'm momentarily infuriated and send him this:

"when the fuck did i say ANYTHING was installed improperly, or that i didn't get an alignment, or drive on salted roads? you said all that, and you're believing your own story. i NEVER said i used lube to get them in, and i never said it was installed improperly and it was obvious i got an alignment right after i put all the parts in. and what the fuck are you talking about with AMS? VUK messaged me and i sent him the invoices on the parts. that's all he asked for. i'm not going to send him my fucking parts because the car will be towed away soon and i'm not even looking for any compensation. you are pulling shit straight out of your ass, putting words in my mouth i've NEVER SAID. you are a fucking liar, and i'd come up to canada to cave your fucking head in with a piece of shit AMS tie rod if i had the chance. go kill yourself. show me where i said that they weren't installed properly. show me where i said i didn't get it aligned. and show me where i said i drive on salted roads."

and to these direct questions, he has not replied. I honestly think he is too stupid to know what a liar he is. I am sure he is convinced that he is 100% right. His eyes skip right over anything he won't agree with, and fabricates detailed lies and puts words in your mouth. I don't even get what his interest is in AMS. does he even fucking work for them? I always see him in pictures at meets, with his AMS shirt on with his skinny little legs, creeping out the booth sluts they need there to sell their shit.

The thing I find funny is how he gave me shit for the threads of the tie rods sticking out past the crown nut so far, with the pin not going through it, and not installing them properly... Those were actually the only parts that were installed by a 'professional' and I watched it get done. He torqued them down and said they were poorly made because the threads were way too long. Even autozone makes them the right length. Another member said AMS tie rods all do that and he's been through 3 warrantied sets in 6 months!!!! And then AMS doesn't say "oh these fit just fine on the Z" or explain anything. Every time something comes up about one of their parts they go "these were compared to our competitors' part, in house, and blah blah blah blah". It's like they admit to just copying shit when they try to defend themselves. Why does everything have to be compared to their competitors' parts to prove that it fits or works on the Z? do they even have a fucking Z there!?? Is Jschinchan's Z the only Z they bastardize or what? That must be why he loves them so much.

Jesus christ. Sorry that was so long, I just wanted to document what a colossal liar and asshole Jschinchan is. I can't believe he's an air traffic controller. That scares me.

If you've made it this far, thank you for reading. I was entertained by the posting of my thread on here while googling "300ZX AMS copies" for shits and giggles.

Too long; didn't read version: jschrauwen is garbage
