Subject	Stock turbo waste gate actuator adjustability?

Message	I was reading up on ash's dyno thread about how to make sure that the turbo's actuators are adjusted correctly in order to perform properly together. I gathered that he was talking about aftermarket one, and there was no mention if this was critical with stock turbos. I had mine rebuild by Z1, should I still try to check the a/f on each side or adjust the wastegates?
