Message	As crazy as it sounds. Not necessarily pulling the "I trust the officer more than you" line out directly, but I'm sure in at least a few cases over the years that was the overall intent. This was in San Fernando Valley. In Pasadena where I'm usually at I've never seen or heard of that.
