Subject	can leaving down pipes open cause rust in engine?

Message	I got my z on jack stands and the exaust is off from the downpipes. i did not cover up the openings(exaust exit) will that cause my turbos to rust? will that cause my engine to rust inside? its been sitting for about a month now. and its cold and moist. I really dont want to hear that it will rust. but i just thought about it.
