Message	resources, industrial engineering, plant manager, VP, & P. Your not going to get what you want right away. That's why I'm building my resume by getting experience now. At your age, 20, get into internships or other jobs related offers now. Who cares if they pay you for it or not. You need experience before you get out or you'll be seriously screwed. That is, unless you know people. That's what I have tended to find. Alot of your future depends on who you know and how you communicate. It's sad, but true.
