Message	differences between the two, just wanted to know if the SPL kit had the same parts included within the ES, and that answer is yes. I don't mind a stiff ride. As long as it makes the suspension work better I can live with some noise and stiffness. The car is going to be more of a weekend warrior and I'm looking to combat squat/wheel hop before it happens.
