Message I have "with" and "without" and like them both for different reasons.

I have hicas on my coupe (a near stock manual tt) and I like it.

I have hicas removed on my 2+2 (a "built" manual tt, HKS2530's, close ratio g/box , Cusco diff) and I like that too.

They are both totally different cars to drive and the hicas (or lack of) adds to the overall difference between the two cars.

I agree with what was posted about "traction". I think the hicas works well on my coupe because it is mostly "within the limits" with traction, whereas my 2+2 is frequently "beyond the limits" of traction. I think that is a good place to draw the line when trying to decide "with" or "without".
