They did a 'better' job the second time around, but there are some giant flakes coming off the bumper again. This time, another person looked at it and told me everything they did wrong and how they will do it better this time. Is it suggested they SCUFF to prep (in addition to all the Bulldog/flex additive etc)? Or is this a big no-no with a smooth new urethane bumper? VISIT thumper300zx.com for PICS and TECH PAGES
