Message This was my first track day and I really don't know why I waited till now to do it. A few local guys in Chattanooga set it up and they did a really good day running things. We had 40ish cars and 4 groups and ran 20 minute sessions. By the end of the day I had ran 6 sessions and an absolute blast.

I also brought my dad along. He rode with me on 2 sessions and took pics the rest of the time, he is hooked as well and will be out driving at the next event. The Z06 is a good friend of mine. He just bought the car and it was set up to run ASP in SCCA. It is set up and runs very well!

My car ran flawless besides the fact that I never did the pcv reroute. My first session I didn't push it as hard but mid day I got more aggressive and it started smoking in the right hand turns. I ran with Hawk HT-10 pads and nitto NT05 tires. I need more tire as it was very tail happy getting on the throttle coming out of the turns.

This might give some of the guys coming to Zcon an idea what to expect. As for the transitions on and off the bank it really isn't a problem unless you try to come off them head on. I never once scraped or rubbed.

The viper owner came and asked if I blew my car up trying to run away from him. Guess I should have done the PCV reroute.
