Message	Customer Service is KEY to success with the members here. Quick responses to emails, ACTUALLY returning phone calls, and shipping quickly (emailing them a tracking number, etc.) all are just a few examples. Another thing I've seen is don't apologize, just fix the mistake and make things right. Take away the excuses, basically. I've been on here for 10 years and I've seen several places come and go, but failure usually begins here with poor customer service. Welcome to the site and best of luck!
